| This beautiful collection features leaves, acorns, pumpkins and beautiful autumn arrangements all using vintage cutwork techniques. The difference between this collection and old-fashioned cutwork is that instead of cutting each hole by hand when the design is complete, you cut the holes first and let the design embroider over them. We accomplish this using a unique cutwork technique that is shown in class. |

Note of Appreciation
On Monday, January 15th....I had the privilege of attending a YLI Presentation by Jane Garrison in Santa Maria, Ca at Santa Maria Sewing. It was Excellent!!! Jane Garrison did a terrific job....she was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will highly recommend her to anyone. I hope that she will come to this area again. She is truly an inspiration to all who sew.
Santa Maria Sewing also is to be commended for the effort they put forth to make this event possible for their customers. It was an informational and enjoyable event.

Thanks for all your educational support, I finally feel proud of something I made. Before it was lots of pulling, lots of broken threads, etc and very frustrating results. Now that I know proper stabilizers for washable items and # of layers needed, needle replacement (sooner than I was doing it), etc. I'm getting way better results.. Yippee... Thanks Teacher!
